🟣PROCESSING TIME:
▪️I put as much time, effort and care into creating each made to order piece of jewelry as is necessary to bring it to the achievable perfection. Each item is made to only to order, and it usually takes 1-2 weeks to fulfill most orders;
▪️MAXIMUM processing time is set for 4 weeks due to occasional circumstances that are out of my control;
▪️I don’t have solid gold inventory, so I have to have extra time for ordering settings for ALL solid gold orders and I also might need to reorder some silver settings as well;
▪️I work entirely alone, so if I am not available for any reason such as health or other obligations, there’s nobody else who can replace me;
▪️I do accept URGENT ORDERS, which I can make in a short time, but you have to leave a note for me with the DEADLINE when you need your item to arrive;

I NEVER use doublets/triplets opals, artificially enhanced, lab created, or man made opals;
▪️I prefer to use rhodium or white gold plated solid 925 sterling silver, which is greatly superior to regular silver and offers better looking highly polished and durable finish that is resistant to tarnish and micro damage while requiring minimal maintenance care;
▪️All solid gold, natural diamonds and moissanite are always tested for authenticity, and therefore I can GUARANTEE that all of the materials I use are 100% GENUINE, SAFE and HYPOALLERGENIC and come from SUSTAINABLE SOURCES;

That’s why every opal’s appearance depends upon its continuous interaction with the light which produces different color combinations, determines the brightness, fire intensity etc., Even the very same opal is going to look different from its own photos depending on the lighting environment that exists around it at each specific moment;
▪️Even making a video does not provide a solution to this problem, because of the exposure related artifacts that either dampen all colors and the opal’s natural vibrancy or exaggerate these qualities in other cases. This happens whenever camera settings cannot readjust fast enough to capture fast changes in color brightness that inevitably result from continuous movement. This particularly affects white opals of the highest quality grade that look overexposed and colorless: they only show bright white color with little to no visible fire - nothing can be more different from real life;

Opal jewelry is EXTREMELY FRAGILE and cannot come in touch with any liquid including water.
Please make sure you DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR OPAL JEWELRY TO WATER!
- Do not wash hands, take shower, do strenuous activity, run errands, clean the house or exercise with opals still on.
- Take off before bed and clean and buff the metal parts regularly to avoid using chemical cleaners.
- Micro paved Jewelry cannot be placed into an ultrasonic Jewelry cleaner due to the shaking, which might cause the tiny stones to fall out.

- There is a SIGNIFICANT amount of attenuation present when you look at an opal under natural daylight compared to its artificially exaggerated brilliance seen under the artificial indoor light;
- it is NORMAL for opals to change their appearance, so please keep this in mind that even the same opal NEVER LOOKS THE SAME!
MATERIALS
I use only precious metals: 10k, 14k solid gold and 925 sterling silver. My favorite gemstone has always been Ethiopian Welo Opal, but now I also use moissanite to create my jewelry. Both fiery gemstones are very different but are satisfying to work with as they are capable of creating a flawless piece of beauty and perfection to be the result of my creative effort. I do not settle for mediocre or ordinary: my jewelry is made with RARE and UNIQUE gemstones. I personally test precious metals and gemstones for authenticity, and guarantee that all materials used in my jewelry are safe, hypoallergenic, authentic and are original designs - never something that was mass produced or made to resell. My jewelry is original and offers true value.
