▪️I do not use stock photos for a reason: I design everything myself, and take my own photos of the items upon completion of the item so you can be sure that the jewelry sold through this store is going to look exactly as pictured with the exception of gemstones, which are unique and never look the same.
I did my fair share of online shopping to understand how rare it is to find a real quality jewelry - if you think that a cheaper price will bring you the same or almost the same item, you are making a mistake especially when it comes to certain countries and many Etsy sellers who drop ship mass produced goods and pass them for “handcrafted” items. I put as much time into creating each “made to order” piece as is necessary to bring it to achievable perfection. But unfortunately, this approach often creates a conflicting imbalance between my own personal life and schedule and the ability to ship orders as fast as many buyers are expecting. Whenever I do try to ship every order as soon as possible I get energy burnout, which simply doesn’t allow me to do anything at all for a few days up to a few weeks. For this reason I will have to limit personalized assistance to potential buyers in favor of providing an updated clear and detailed information about the available items, which can be easily understood and illustrated by anyone.

▪️ Opal is very unique and colorful gemstone like no other. EVERY OPAL IS CHANGING COLORS CONTINUOUSLY IN RESPONSE TO THE LIGHT ANGLE OR INTENSITY.
This makes photographing them extremely difficult, so YOU MUST READ THIS to learn some typical properties of this gem and KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR OPAL JEWELRY AND HOW TO BEST CARE FOR IT.
🟪NATURAL OPAL PHOTOGRAPHY ISSUES - A MUST READ ARTICLE FOR ALL:
▪️As much as they are beautiful natural opals are extremely difficult to represent objectively on photos and sometimes on video as well. This can result in a potential dissatisfaction on behalf of a customer because they might have different expectations from their purchase, because opals are such tricky chameleons.
▪️Please keep this in mind when you are looking through the available items, because the item you will receive WILL definitely look different from the listing photos, which is ABSOLUTELY NORMAL. Even if the two opals have the same quality and brightness - they still will offer their own unique way of interacting with the light, which is what defines the Opal and gives it its “personality”.
Most listings contain photos of a few very similar opals unless indicated otherwise. You will receive an opal that looks very very close to the ones pictured in the listing photos.
▪️Black opals are PREDOMINATELY DARK gemstones and won’t appear as bright as the listing photos due to their dark overall base tone, which makes the play of color appear and “come to life” ONLY during movement as the stone interacts with different light sources in various settings and at different angles.
This interaction produces a specific “picture” that is being seen on a still image, but it will continue to change as the light around the opal changes, so it is IMPOSSIBLE to show what a fire opal actually looks like, because it is a CONTINUING PROCESS and not any particular set of colors on a background. This process is responding to the INTENSITY OF LIGHT, and photos are ALWAYS TAKEN UNDER DIRECT LIGHT SOURCE. This particular aspect of opal photography causes A LOT OF CONFUSION AND DISAPPOINTMENT coming from those who are UNPREPARED TO VIEW THE SAME OPAL WITHOUT THE DIRECT LIGHT SOURCE. When seen under different light or at a different angle - the opal WILL LOOK ABSOLUTELY DIFFERENT FROM ITS OWN PHOTO, so please read as much information about this issue as you can find to avoid being disappointed with your purchase.
▪️Any natural opal will look much brighter under artificial light and much duller under the natural light. That’s how you can tell that it is indeed a natural opal.
Opal is always changing its colors and never shows the exact same combination of colors with the same level of brightness, so expecting it to look like ANY PHOTO is simply unrealistic.
When an opal is seen in motion it looks entirely different almost every second following any minute changes in the angle of light or
Red colored fire in an opal will not turn a black opal into a garnet - it is a BLACK opal, so please be prepared that the beauty of this gemstone is going to be SUBTLE especially at first, but quite fascinating in its own progression.
🟪GENERAL RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS:

All of the attention, time and personal effort that were invested in making your MADE TO ORDER item are VALUABLE RESOURCES for a person who made it, and should be treated with the same respect and appreciation as the money a buyer paid for the item, which included the compensation for work and time spent on making that item from scratch.
Demanding a full unconditional refund for a handmade product that was timely delivered in great condition, matching the description and having no defects, which shows that a seller fulfilled their part of the transaction exactly as agreed. It is simply disrespectful towards any seller whose time and effort are not being given any value whatsoever if a full refund is requested by a buyer. Each MADE TO ORDER item, if returned without a valid reason will result in a direct financial loss for the seller, who did absolutely nothing wrong, but is being asked/forced to bear the full financial responsibility for the return plus incur losses of their own resources such as wasted time and effort they have put into making the item. It is important to add that there is no guarantee that a MADE TO ORDER piece will be necessarily sold again ever or any time soon.
If looked upon from this perspective, it is easy to understand why many sellers have limited return policy or choose not to accept returns.

Opal jewelry is EXTREMELY FRAGILE and cannot come in touch with any liquid including water.
Please make sure you DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR OPAL JEWELRY TO WATER!
- Do not wash hands, take shower, do strenuous activity, run errands, clean the house or exercise with opals still on.
- Take off before bed and clean and buff the metal parts regularly to avoid using chemical cleaners.
- Micro paved Jewelry cannot be placed into an ultrasonic Jewelry cleaner due to the shaking, which might cause the tiny stones to fall out.
-Jewelry damaged due to not following the care instructions IS A FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AND CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REIMBURSED.
-“care tips” card is provided with your order.

- There is a SIGNIFICANT amount of attenuation present when you look at an opal under natural daylight compared to its artificially exaggerated brilliance seen under the artificial indoor light;

I was so lucky as to find this beautiful necklace in time for my moms birthday. She has never had a real opal and just loves it. Although I cant take pictures since she lives in another state, she says it practically glows in the dark and she loves wearing it.
