It came to my attention recently that USPS do not update the status of the shipped packages even though I personally handed them over to be scanned and processed. Etsy might not update the tracking information either, so tracking updates are routinely received with a delay of 1-2 days.

🔸 Creating each piece of jewelry always requires time, effort and attention to every detail to ensure that it is going to show great craftsmanship at every step of the process by the time the item is completely finished. I treat every order with as much care as I possibly can and check for any possible mistakes from start to finish. This requires a lot of time even with the easiest of items. Even a seemingly simple process of working with the settings that I have in stock requires time and effort. Selecting the right gemstone, inspecting it and making sure it fits the listing description and photos or adjusting a ring setting to the specific size involves a lot of attention and precision work. To set a gemstone into a setting without scratching the rhodium plating is in itself extremely difficult task especially when setting a natural opal which can easily break or chip as a result of too much pressure applied while bending the prongs. Finally the finished item has to be thoroughly cleaned and polished without getting any liquid on an opal, accidentally scratching gemstone or leaving any spots or fingerprints especially on a moissanite surface which might be taken for a defect. Then your item must be carefully packaged and taken to the post office to be shipped 🎁
BEFORE I START WORKING ON YOUR ORDER I PRINT A SHIPPING LABEL, which prompts Etsy to send you an email stating that your order “has been shipped “.
Please disregard that email but keep the tracking information that is included in it. Your order will be shipped soon.

🔴 FOR ALL SOLID GOLD ITEMS processing time is set at approximately at 3-4 weeks as it may require more time to order the supplies. It usually takes less but for some pieces it might take longer than for the others.

🔸I am not always available to work on a custom design items outside of my available inventory due to the fact that I am working completely alone and I cannot possibly manage too many projects at the same time - but it never hurts to ask!
I can customize some things for you that are easy or make minor changes.
