    I can only fulfill your order according to your preferences, but I am not able to predict what exactly you might like , so my advice and guidance will be always limited to showing you the albums with example videos, and I am no longer able to do this due to not having enough time to take care of the shop and having to fulfill orders.

    It is always a great pleasure to create a piece of jewelry for you which is always unique and always requires attention and care - I treat every single order with a lot of respect and responsibility and I simply would like to ask the same from you:)

    MY SHOP IS A HAPPY PLACE!
    I am always happy to provide personal assistance to my customers and guide them through the available options and recommend them something that fits their personal taste, preferences, size, occasion, budget limit etc.,

    Unfortunately, it has been more and more apparent overtime that My physical ability to work has been diminishing over the past few years consistently creating a major problem for me in all areas be it timely correspondence with customers and suppliers, ability to fulfill larger batches of orders and shipping them promptly, keeping track of the inquiries and specific requests and a lot more....
    I have no other help coming from anyone else should I not be able to work, and I cannot entrust someone I do not know well to be involved in the shop’s operations...
    Basically , I am torn between so many things I need to do and I am struggling to get everything done even when I’m feeling stronger, but for my chronic fatigue it is absolutely impossible to work on the entire scope of tasks and hope to do all of them without running into major problems with customers expectations’ not being fully met in the area of TIMING and preventing delays...

    I have been trying to balance the situation, but I see that frustration leads to bad reviews when I am not in control of the situation and circumstances, but receive quite hurtful comments regardless of that. And in full honesty, I don’t think making excuses and begging for support from other customers can be a winning strategy that I want to adopt as my new way of dealing with the difficulty I am facing right now.....

    This requires a comprehensive ALTERNATIVE to providing excellent customer service that can replace me as the only source of information that buyers can rely on for their decisions to order a specific item.

    Etsy introduced the new ODR rating, which allows a single case or a negative review per 100 orders, and this is where my fear comes from as well: I am really afraid that my small store will mean nothing to them, so I might lose it because of this absurd nightmare....
